Bear Creek Park Singletrack

Medicine Wheel was invited to partner with the El Paso County Parks Department to donate the design and construction of a new singletrack trail in Bear Creek Park, just west of 21st Street and south of the dog park. This is an exciting new development, as it is hoped to be just the first phase of a larger singletrack trail system in the park which will eventually connect with Section 16, Palmer Trail, and the trails in Cheyenne Canon.

Now that the project is done, the Sand Creek Race Series has been held and the results were great!

How Can You Help?

Bear Creek Layout MapMedicine Wheel is pleased to announce that the network is about 100% completed and fully rideable (weather permitting).

That's a great start, but we are looking at phase 2 of this project to the west end of the park. Major sponsors will be acknowledged with signage at the park, so if you have an interest in being a sponsor, please contact us.
